Anti-Static ESD Matting Sets

All anti-static (ESD) matting supplied by Cutting Industries is manufactured in the EU. The standard roll length is 10m and is 1.4m wide, with a thickness of 3mm available. The ESD mat sets are available with the following dimensions, 1.4mx610mm; 1.2mx610mm; 600mmx500mm; and 450mmx380mm. The set includes a plug (that fits a standard UK 3 pin electrical socket) with 10mm studs; fabric wristband with cable (cable is fitted with one crocodile clip and one 10mm stud); cable with two 10mm studs; plastic grounding point sign; and a mat with two 10mm studs.

ESD matting is primarily used within electronics, when working with and dismantling electronic machinery (such as PC’s and laptops), to prevent conduction of electro-static from one to the other.
